Ace pricing, plans and credits explained
Ace starts free: Free Play costs $0 and gives 2,000 credits with no card. After that, buy a one-time top-up (Starter, $10 for 5,000 chips; Reload, $50 for 20,000) or choose a monthly plan from $20 to $200. Hosted plans include monthly chips for Ace’s AI, while Table Pass and Private Table use your own AI subscription. Annual billing saves 20%.

| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free Play | $0 | 2,000 free credits; no card; one balance for your computer, phone and the web |
| Table Pass | $20 a month | Connect your own supported AI subscription; hosted AI chips are purchased separately |

| Full House | $50 a month | 30,000 hosted AI chips per month |
| Private Table | $75 a month | Connect your own supported AI subscription; hosted AI chips are purchased separately |
| High Roller | $100 a month | 60,000 hosted AI chips per month |
| The House | $200 a month | 100,000 hosted AI chips per month |
The plan cards on tryacee.com’s home page add two details: Private Table and High Roller list Unlimited Stealth, and Full House lists a refill at any time of $25 for 10,000 credits.
Credits and chips
Ace’s pages use two words for the balance that pays for its hosted AI. The pricing page calls Free Play’s allowance credits and everything else chips, and the $10 option appears as 5,000 credits on the home page and as 5,000 chips on the pricing page. The rule is the same either way: chips pay for hosted AI use, the amount depends on the request, the model and the service, and voice and images use them too.
One balance covers your computer, your phone and the web, so a question asked in Ace web chat and one asked on your Mac draw from the same place.
Hosted AI or your own subscription
The hosted plans, Pocket Pair, Full House, High Roller and The House, need no AI subscription: Ace’s AI is built in and the monthly chips pay for it. Table Pass and Private Table work the other way round. They run on your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok subscription through Ace on your computer, and if you also want Ace’s hosted AI, you buy chips separately.
The pricing page describes Table Pass and Private Table in the same words; the difference it shows is the price, and the home page lists Unlimited Stealth on Private Table.
One-time top-ups
- Starter: $10 for 5,000 chips.
- Reload: $50 for 20,000 chips.
Both are one-time purchases and never automatic. You do not need a monthly plan to buy them, and they work alongside any plan, Table Pass and Private Table included.
Comparing value
Dividing the published prices shows how many chips each option buys per dollar. Monthly chips arrive every month while a top-up is bought once, and the pricing page does not say whether unused chips carry over, so treat this as a rough guide rather than a ranking.
| Option | Chips | Price | Chips per dollar |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter top-up | 5,000 once | $10 | 500 |
| Reload top-up | 20,000 once | $50 | 400 |
| Pocket Pair | 10,000 a month | $30 | About 333 |
| Full House | 30,000 a month | $50 | 600 |
| High Roller | 60,000 a month | $100 | 600 |
| The House | 100,000 a month | $200 | 500 |
Monthly or annual billing
Plans are billed monthly unless you choose annual billing, which saves 20%. Annual plans are paid upfront, and their included credits refresh monthly. Subscriptions renew at the interval you picked until you cancel, and you manage them in your account. Before paying, review the final checkout amount, the billing terms and any applicable tax. Ace also says existing subscribers keep the price and access they bought.
Canceling and refunds
Cancel a subscription bought on tryacee.com from your account. Purchases made in the Ace BL iPhone app are handled by Apple: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases on the web go through Stripe’s checkout. Ace’s money-back terms are on its Refunds page, and the billing terms are in its subscription terms.
What it looks like

Also asked
Do unused monthly chips roll over?
The pricing page does not say. It says annual plans are paid upfront and that their included credits refresh monthly.
Can I add chips to Table Pass or Private Table?
Yes. Those plans use your own AI subscription, and hosted AI chips are purchased separately, for example with a Starter or Reload top-up.
Will a top-up renew automatically?
No. Starter and Reload are one-time purchases and never automatic.
Is the listed price what I pay?
Prices are in US dollars before any applicable tax, so check the final amount at checkout.
